“For relaxation of body, mind, and muscles, sit with stretched legs. Keep palms on the ground in line with the back on either side. lean back. rotate ankles. Breathe in through the nose and breathe out through the mouth.

Loosly cross legs, sitting on the floor. Clutch your knees, and lean back. Breathe. Relaxes neck, shoulder, and back muscles. Makes you sleepy.

Wear loose pyjamas for comfortable movement while doing the Kriya Yoga exercises.

Learn the shlokas. Do at least 3 or 4 pranayamas daily. You must practice. No taboos. You can do all the different ones like kumbhaka, bhastrika and others. Do not be afraid. Practice.

Datta=Trikarana( threesome for Buddhi, Manas and Indriyas – intellect, mind, and organs or gross, subtle, and causal – sthoola, sookshma, karana)

Kriya=Action

Yoga=Penance

Listen to healing music in the music therapy hospital at the ashram. There are separate ragas for your speciific star, rasi or zodiac sign and birthdate. Whenever you visit the ashram, use the facility. Just listen. Even daily. These specific ragas are not available in shops. You may buy CDs and take home and listen at night. Play them for others who need healing.

Visit the Bonsai garden everyday. It is good to see the greenery, and be around the  specific healing trees.

Visit the Museum. It is good walking exercise. Do not say that you have already seen it.

Then go visit the Datta Venkateshwara Temple.

Take the moolikas or herbal sticks home to keep under your head when you sleep. They will only work for one week. Then you have to keep them under the sun to refresh the energy.

Collect the healing stones. Put them all in a container (one that will not rust) with some holes. Keep it in your bath water when you bathe. Once in a while keep the stones in the sun.

Do not leave the stones here and there. Be careful that children do not swallow them thinking that it is sugar candy. That will be very dangerous.
