491. Kālarātryādi-śaktyaughavṛtā
Meaning – She resides at the Anahata chakra together with Kālarātri Devi and other divine energies (mahā shaktis).
When meditating on this chakra, She should be visualized together with these 12 divine energies- Kālarātri, Khāteeta, Gayatri, Ghantādhārini, Joumini, Chanda, Chāya, Jayā, Jhankāri, Jnana roopa, Tanka hasta, Thankā kārini.
All these deities protect the aspirant focusing on this chakra.
492. Snigdhaudana-priyā
Meaning – She loves the dish Snigdhaudana.
Those meditating on Anahata chakra should offer this food to Her and should thereafter consume in extremely limited quantities.
Snigdhaudana is cooked rice mixed with ghee. A little salt or sugar could be sprinkled upon it.
493. Mahāvīrendra-varada
Meaning –
a) She bestowed boons (vara) upon Indra, the Lord of Heaven, and thereby blessed him.
Indra also means speech. It should therefore be understood that She grants purity of speech (vak shuddhi) to those who focus on the Anahata chakra and worship.
b) Prahlada is known by the name Mahaveera. As She blessed him and granted him boons She is addressed as Mahaveerendra varada.
494. Rākiṇyambā-svarūpiṇī
Meaning – She is Rākini Devi, the presiding deity of the Anahata chakra.
Her seed-letter is Ra. The many hidden secrets behind this name can be understood only through practice of yoga tantras. To Her devotees, She grants excellent oratory skills (vaak chaturya; cleverness in speech).
The namas 495 to 503 describe the Goddess Lākini who resides in the Manipura Chakra.
495. Maṇipūrābja-nilayā
Meaning – She resides in the Manipura chakra (located at the navel).
Manipura chakra also corresponds to the third month of development of the foetus. At this stage, the foetus begins to develop hands and legs. The Divine Mother seated at this Chakra ensures its growth and protection.
496. Vadanatraya-saṁyutā
Meaning – In this Manipura chakra, She is in a form with 3 faces.
497. Vajrādikāyudhoepetā
Meaning – The Divine Mother, at the Anahata Chakra, is equipped with the 4 weapons – thunderbolt (Vajra), energy (shakti), long stick (danda) and the Abhaya mudra (the assurance of fear-not).
498. ḍāmaryādibhi-rāvṛtā
Meaning – Dāmari and other divine energies (Maha shaktis) accompany the Divine Mother seated at the Manipura chakra.

499. Raktavarnā
Meaning – She is crimson red in colour.
This red colour describes the 3-month-old foetus that is now completely filled with blood. At the earliest stage of formation the foetus was in āraktavarna colour (a mixture of red and ash); now it is completely filled with blood and hence is red in colour.
500. Māṁsa-niṣṭā
Meaning – She blesses the person with well-developed flesh and muscles that are the basis for sustaining this body.
At 3 months, the foetus begins to develop muscles and flesh and is growing rapidly.
