931. Mānavatī
Meaning- She is the form of Jnana and she showers it upon the beings.
932. Maheśi
Meaning- She is the energy (wife) of Lord Mahesha (Shiva).
933. Maṅgalākṭtiḥ
Meaning- Her form is very auspicious. She grants auspiciousness to that which is already auspicious.
In the Devi Mahatmeeyam, the Supreme Mother is glorified as-
Sarva-mangala-mangalye Shive sarvartha-sadhike;.
sharanye Tryambake Gauri Narayani namo’stu te.
934. Viśvamātā
Meaning- She is mother for this entire creation (Vishwa). She is the mother for the waking state, which is also known as Vishwa.
There are so many instances in Lalita Sahasranama wherein She is addressed as Māta. Women in general are compassionate even though they display shades of anger, jealousy etc. A woman in the mother’s role is purely full of love and compassion towards her children. So there is a frequent re-iteration of this fact that She is seated in Her position as a mother. Her compassion and love are purely motherly. Approximately after every 100 names, once the reference to Her as a mother occurs. 100 names is one enclosure and to cross it divine help is necessary. Only the mother will pull us up.
935. Jagaddhātrī
Meaning- She is the ruler for the entire creation. She holds the creation.
Her protection is not restricted to merely the waking up (jagrat) state, but is spread across all the states (dream, deep sleep). She supports all forms of time, all the planes of existence and all the states of existence. She even provides the means for sustenance in this worldly life.
936. Vishālākshi
Meaning- She is wide-eyed. She is the presiding deity at Varanasi which is one of the eighteen main shakti peethas (18 sacred places of Devi).
937. Virāgiṇī
Meaning- She is devoid of all ragas (passions). She takes her children to this state of dispassion.
The person who goes over and above the state of expecting results for his worship/upasana can be said to be viraga. Such a person does not desire any fruits/results for his deeds either in this birth or in the next.
938. Pragalbhā
Meaning- She possesses great expertise, intelligence and power to run this entire creation.
939. Paramodārā
Meaning- She is extremely generous in nature (udāra). Such generosity is a trait, which is greater than traits such as compassion (daya), forgiveness (kshama) etc.

Meaning- She enjoys the ultimate bliss and bestows this bliss upon us.
