991. ṣaḍadhvātīta-rūpiṇī
Meaning-
a) She is over and above (ateeta) the six methods of worship (ṣaḍadhvā).
There are many paths to reach the goal. The goal however remains the same – it is to enjoy the supreme bliss. The ṣaḍadhvās are -pada (words), bhuvana (worlds), varna (alphabet), tattva (essence), kala (aspect) and mantra (seed letters). She is over and above all these six.
b) She is over and above the six Chakras (Shat chakras) and over the above the 6 senses (5 senses coupled with the mind).
She is the supreme power that is over and above every known/visible or understandable logic. She is beyond these planes of existence (lokateeta), above all traits (gunateeta), above all forms of worship and is sarvateeta. These paths are all the ways to reach Her for there is no other path to reach Her.
992. Avyāja-karuṇā-murtiḥ
Meaning- She is a form of limitless true love and compassion.
Her love is not based on any logic and reason. It is pure uncontaminated love that knows no pretence or artificiality.
993. Ajñāna-dhvānta-dīpikā
Meaning- She is the Supreme effulgence that destroys ignorance.
Chapter 10 of Bhagavad Gita states-
Teshamevanukampārthm ahamajānajam tamah|
Nāshayāmyātma bhāvastho jānadeepena bhāsvata.
Meaning- Out of my causeless mercy for them, I dwelling in their hearts, destroy their darkness born of ignorance, with the lamp of pure knowledge.
It is His unending mercy (karuna) and limitless love that makes us realize that we are encircled by illusion. It is this love that creates in us a desire to get out of it.
994. Ābāla-gopa-viditā
Meaning- Everybody beginning from a small child right up to the cowherd knows about this energy. The knowing here is in the form of ‘I’ and ‘mine’.
995. Sarvānullaṅghya-śāsanā
Meaning- No one in this entire creation, not even the deities can disobey/overrule Her dictates.
996. Srichakraraja nilaya
Meaning- She resides in the Srichakra which is the most-supreme Chakra.
Here She is known as Srimad bhattarika or Rajarajeshwari Bhattarika. Bhattarika means master or guru (teacher).
997. Srimat-tripura-sundari
Meaning- She, who resides within the tripuras (three cities) takes on the name Tripura-sundari.
998. Sri-shivā
Meaning- She manifests as Shivā, wife of Shiva.
Shiva and his energy (shakti) are inseparable. For our easy understanding, his energy has been depicted as a separate female form with a separate identity.
yathaikaṃ pavana-spandam ekam auṣṇyānalauyathā
cin-mātraṃ spanda-śaktiś ca tathaivaikātma sarvadā
Meaning- Just as wind and its motion (spandana) are the same; just as fire and its heat are identical, even so, the Supreme Consciousness and His energy are identical. Such an attitude should be developed.
The moonlight cannot be called as an aspect separate from the moon. Likewise the sun and its heat are inseparable. The same holds true for the supreme consciousness and his energy. Shiva and Parvati are one and the same.

999. Śiva-śakty-aikya-rūpiṇī
Meaning- She is the combined aspect or the united force of Shiva and Shakti. This is the ultimate state.
All the names recited so far merge into this final state of unity. This 999th name takes us into this state of merger.
1000. Lalitāmbika
Meaning- Such a supreme force is worshipped as Mother Goddess Lalita Devi.
Laliteti nama yuktam tava kila divyAnavArutah
Thus ends the recitation of the 1000 names that was sung by the Vag Devatas themselves. Every aspect of the Divine Mother is divine. Her names are endless. Can there be a limit to that force which playfully creates this universe?
The total from the beginning and up to the stanza ‘Evam Sri Lalita devya nāmnām sāhasrakam jaguh’ is 182.5 stanzas (each comprising of 2 lines). Thus the total number of lines is 365. This represents the time factor of 1 year. Also it can be understood that half of it represents the feminine factor (prakriti or Devi tattvam) while the other half represents the masculine (Purusha or Shiva tattvam).
