Once a life is enough. Don’t miss that time. That is why in Ashrama we have whole day Bhajan till night on full moon day. Shivaratri day too is important. Something very important will happen on these days in the cosmos and in the universe. That moment is very very powerful. Sanyaasis, Sadhus and great Yogis know that secret and worship at that time. In Kriya Yoga we can discuss those secrets. After that the Brahma Muhurta comes. The time of Sun rise. Brahma means knowledge. It is not the four head Brahma flying on the swans or moving in the car. Here in the spiritual level, Brahma is knowledge. You must hear that beautiful voice in that special time. Swamiji sings bzzzzzzzz. You will hear special musical notes. Any knowledge you practice in that time, you will excel in that time. If you sleep in that time, you will be come a great great great lazy fellow. You can do what you want. Your belly will grow, you will be always hungry. You will snore funny sounds (Swamiji makes funny snoring sounds). You must get up by 5 AM. Don’t sleep then. Take any subject in life. You practice at that time; you will get help from the divine. Just 30 minutes of rigorous study or practice is enough. If you want to be a good musician, you want to be a good violinist, a good harmonist, a good Mridangist, good Tablist, then get up at 5 AM. I cannot sleep after 5 AM. Even when I sleep at 12 midnight, I get up at 4 AM. OKAY. Swamiji is different. I have to travel to people’s dream. But my physical body gets up at 4 AM. So, I urge you to get up by 4 AM. Five to six hours of sleep is enough. Excessive sleep brings you tiredness. Sleeping when tired at 12 mid night is not good sleep. You should not sleep when tired. Practice to sleep by 10 PM. When you consciously sleep, it is good for you. Sleep consciously thinking of good thoughts and then slowly think yourself to sleep. It is a sort of self-hypnosis. You consciously make a decision to wake up at 4.30 AM. You order yourself. At 4.30 AM you will exactly wake yourself. You must test yourself. You see dirty movies and then think nonsense and then you are so tired that you feel sleepy. This is very wrong. What I mean is that don’t deliberately tire yourself so that you can sleep. Close your eyes even though you are awake. Don’t worry. Sleep will come. Close your eyes and chant any name OM NAMO NARAYANA. HARE RAMA HARE RAMA RAMA RAMA HARE HARE. Don’t chant loudly. Chant inside yourself. Don’t hurt anyone with your loud chanting. . May be they are sleeping. They will think you are crazy. Loud snoring has its benefits perhaps. Loud and funny snoring deters cockroaches and mouse and other critters. Snoring can be stopped. Try to inhale luke warm water through nose and drink through nose. It clears your nasal passage. Also eating ice cream and sleeping directly causes phlegm to form in the throat and funny snoring noises come.
Early morning is very very very very precious time. The second important time is ABHIJINNA LAGNA. 12 to 12.30 PM, Swamiji is not normal. Swamiji looks for sweets or sugar. Swamiji is irritant. That moment is the Bhiksha time for Lord Dattatreya. It starts at 12.25 PM till 1 PM. Those 35 minutes is very powerful time.
Early morning is SUPRABHATA TIME. Two lights join. The darkness and sunlight merge. In the noon, the morning light fades and evening lights starts. Another important time is in evening. It is called GO DHULI LAGNA. It is the time when cows used to return to home. It was in ancient times. Not anymore. It is called SANDHYA time. That time is 6 PM to 6.30 PM. Even when you are driving, stop for a couple of minutes and pray God. Even in the afternoon, stop at the time I said and pray God. Morning is PRATAH VANDANA – morning prayers. Afternoon is MADHYAANHIKA. These three times of morning, noon and evening is the time to pray. When Sun rays start, when sun is at the top and when the Sun sets. These times are very important for mother earth too. Prayers at these three times will greatly help you. Just stand up and think of some prayer. Close your eyes and think of Sun God. That is enough.
Today was full moon day. On this day, the power in these times is even more powerful. In the evening, the period of power is even longer. It starts from Sun set time around 6 PM and continues till midnight.

We shall have a question answer session. Swami Manasa, you answer the questions. If you find it difficult, I will reply.
Q- Swamiji do you subscribe you to the St. Germain Society?
A – I do not have too much understanding of their views. I lack that kind of knowledge to reply to you. Our society itself is very big and we have not finished one page yet. After my book, I will go to other systems.
Q – Could you talk about your mission here at the DRC? What do you see for us here?
A – What is us? 20 people or all the people? You all are students seeking good knowledge. You feel your hearts are empty. You must use DRC to fill that emptiness with happiness. You seek spiritual things here. This center is a love and affection brotherhood. We want to progress in the people through love and affection. The groups is very small. There are times of ego clashes. You must cut that ego. It is very important to remove it. You all have developed this center with love for Swamiji. Naturally this has brought some possessive nature in you all. Swamiji is a public entity. You cannot thrust your views on this center. I also don’t like to have any feelings of discrimination. The only requirement should be keenness to learn spiritual things. Swamiji advises you to continue your humble service to Swamiji and protect this center and protect your spiritual path. This is a center of power. The three rocks are healing rocks and use their vibrations. Share your experience with others also. We all are one family. Please feel so.
We all are in one boat. Please don’t rock this boat. Swamiji is our captain. Poor captain. He has to navigate this ocean called confusion. One day we will reach our goal. I hope this is truth.
Q-We need ego to live in this world. Ego is God. Isn’t it?
A – Ego may be needed in a small portion to lead a normal life. I too maintain my ego. But in spiritual parlance, ego is not needed. Rationale is “Once you bring God in – Ego is the first element to go out. If you talk in terms of God and human ego, it is contradictory. Check any men of wisdom. Entry in to Godly territory means driving out ego. Our assumption of EGO is ME ness. This ME ness is needed to live in this world. But the EGO is obstruction to go to God’s territory. Our aim is to enter in to that pure consciousness. God sheds light on darkness. Ego has no value, it has no assumption them. You can be in this world and be EGO less. Real self is the real form of the person full of godliness. Mere Self is what you live in this world.
Q – Can you explain HARI OM TATSAT
A – TAT SAT HARI. There is only Truth. Hari is the Truth. Upanishad says this. Hari is the only reality. The whole world is full of Hari consciousness. Human being has to be at all times be conscious of this truth.
Now we shall sing one more Bhajan and sing Mangalam.
Sri Swamiji sings
