Victory to His Holiness Sri Ganapati Sachchidananda Swamij!
“Today has been consecrated this great Chintamani Ganapati Temple during a most auspicious muhurtam (sacred date and time) for the benefit of the town, the state, the country, and to the entire world! Chintamani Ganapati’s glory is described in many ancient Sanskrit scriptures (Puranas). He was instrumental in removing Lord Siva’s sorrow that he suffered about devotees, by restoring the holy city of Kashi to Him, when temporarily it went under the management of Divodas. Lord Shiva Himself sent Chintamani Ganapati for this purpose. Not only Chintamani Ganapati, but Angha Devi, Dattatreya Swami, Sri Rama, Lakshmana, Sita, Karya Siddhi Anjaneya, and Lord Siva have been consecrated strictly as stipulated in the scriptures, at this sacred place. This is the first Chintamani Ganapati Temple in South India. He removes all sorrows, and all faults from us. This is a milestone in the history of Vishakhapatnam. The same Chintamani Ganapati with a strange and unique shape was worshipped by Sri Swamiji in Kashi forty years ago and in Ujjain also. After Purnahuti, with one Kalasa’s water the Kumbhabhishekam will take place (on the temple tower). With a second Kalasa’s sacred water Abhishekam will be performed for the deity. This almost appears like a Swayambhu (naturally formed) murti, located on the seashore, near Gireeshwara, the Lord of Hills (in the proximity of a sacred hill) near Vishakhapatnam. Chintamani Ganapati gives spiritual knowledge and solace. There are very few that can get rid of all your sorrows in this world. Protect your Dharma. Protect and support temples.Lots of temples should be there. In Dwapara Yuga (Sri Krishna’s age), every street and every house had a temple. If you go to Mathura even today, you will know. Mathura and Brindavan cities where (Lord) Sri Krishna lived have temples in every home.”
