The most unforgettable, the happiest, the most significant, the most important, and the most blessed day in the life of Sadgurudeva Sri Swamiji and in the lives of all His devotees for generations to come is the day of his initiation in the Hanuman Temple by his divine mother Sri Jayalakshmi Mata 60 years ago in this same Nandana year, during this same week in the month of May, in the year of Bliss,” declared Sri Swamiji this morning on the most auspicious occasion of His 70th Birthday according to the western calendar.
The 12 sayings that she blessed the 10 year old boy Satyanarayana with, as commands to follow throughout his life contain the essence of all the Vedas and the Upanishads. Out of the 12 sayings, at least 1200,000 spiritual messages have sprung up and this inexhaustible treasure will continue to generate more and more spiritual wisdom in the future.
