Speech of HH Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji – boat ride in the morning – April 7, 2015 – Australia

“Australia Nada Sagara” – Pujya Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji’s Music for Meditation & Healing was held at Sydney Opera House on 6th April 2015

Sleep challenge, many said. The moment Swamiji touches the instrument, we go to sleep. This year we had to stay awake.

L. Subramaniam in the last was in poonakam/a trance. The bow strings were snapping and flying and still he kept playing as if possessed. He could not stop playing. So much he experienced.

What is healing? First the musician gets healed. Forget the people. The microphone, the space and oneself – all get healed. Goddess Saraswati takes over. Jaitra was sitting and experiencing a different type of sleep. Thunder Mridangam Ramesh also. Also Suresh on Ghatam forgot himself. Tabla player also. Sound balancing was perfect in the morning but some confusion occurred in the evening. Later it was set. Cooperation was excellent. Good food was served after the concert. It was a fulfillment for all.

10-15 yrs. back someone said Swamiji should give a concert here at this Opera House. Like a dream. Spiritual medicine. Not a concert. YouTube webcast was so clear. Swamiji’s fingers they could see. The detailed movement of finger movements. Please see this historical video. Now some people have realized what they have missed. Australia now. May be next year there will be a concert in Japan in April. Only the Japanese wrote beautiful emails. Not Indians. Yoga students want to organize there. This ocean is nice. This boat ride. It is very nice.

Bhajan: Nav chal padee Datta nav. (This Datta boat is leading us to Truth after destroying our horrible sins, after cleansing us of inner enemies such as anger, greed, lust, and delusion. It grants Guru’s grace and takes us to liberation. The merit earned in all previous lifetimes has now come to fruition. Total peace and bliss have been attained).

Hanuman Chalisa (was chanted by all)

Sri Guru Datta
