Om Namo Hanumate namaha

Today after Homa and Srichakra pooja Poojya BALASWAMIJI AMRUTHA VARSHINI ON DEVOTEES

I have seen many people coming to me and complaining of many issues including body pains and several such issues and I wanted to tell all of you that if we do not do” KRIYA YOGA” we will not get relieved of all these sufferings .

Kriya yoga has to be one’s daily routine and I have seen people doing this only at the prayer hall but forget to do the same at home this is not good for us hence make it a point to practice this great penance in your daily schedule start with  10 minutes and increase the time .I am very clear that this will heal many of our body pains and also mental sufferings.I have shared the greatest secret and it is left upto you to take this task seriously.

This will also make us very close to Sri Swamiji and many times we take interviews and ask the same problem or another problem .We also feel Sri Swamiji is serious and not smiling all these will be solved by doing regularly Kriya yoga and you will experience that SriSwamiji for those who do  Kriya yoga get shakti patam  by eye to eye contact and give answers with his  great smile and we get close to Sri Swamiji and  close to our heart. So today you promised “

Kriya yoga” will be practiced  at home by one and all.

Suryanamaskaras, Asanas and several other breathing techniques are taught to you at ashram and SriSwamiji has taught us all these techniques in our child hood and this is not possible today but you can take interest and seek the same knowledge from those people who are in ashram .Any one can do Surya namaskaram starting from as early as 5 as age is not a constrain for this wonderful ancient asanas.

You have to select that posture that makes you sit for long hours and practice the Pranayamas and asanas  and focus on breathing and forget all problems ,tune the mantra to our breath  given to us by our sadgurudeva   .  we shall sleep  flat and straight on the bed without a pillow and focus on breath and chant Om namo hanumathe namaha for starting with 24 cycles (one cycle is inhalation and exhalation)and increase the same to 48 cycles over a period of time and do this from today as” MANDALA DIKSHA “ 40 days, many of your sleeping problems, pains, will get relieved and  can experience a greater satisfaction over a period of time .This will also make you mentally strong and can face any tough situations in life.

We all want Sri Swamiji to be close to us so do this Kriya yoga and we are very nearer to sriswamiji and as all of you know now SriSwamiji is in Germany for this Year “GURU POORNIMA “

Chaturmasya starts from 25 July  to 23 september and all are welcome  and as you all know this is the 7 year and has greater significance and 7 weeks discouses will be on 7 chief deities   anapathi, Rudra, Vishnu, Devi, Siva, Aditya, Subramanya and Hanuman and Sriswamiji will also visit Vijayawada for Vinayaka chavithi celebration and all of you can witness that and also seek blessings of “ATRIVARADA DATTATREYA “ at machlipatnam.

All ashram people have to attend to the daily rituals and a report is going to Sri Swamiji on who are attending the same with devotion .I also advice the inmates to keep our ashram clean and neat and welcome the devotees and guide them in ashram schedules and rituals.

I wanted to close today discourse by saying that let us all be like HANUMAN and be devoted like him in Yoga and seva to Lord SRIRAMA .In this kaliyuga even doing 1 % of 100% of  Lord Hanuman has done penance is great and that itself is very tough to achieve ,always chant  “OM NAMO HANUMATHE NAMAHA “ even when you do your daily chores (t.v watching cooking etc..)as it pays rich dividends to all of us from Lord Hanuman.

Participate in Sunday TAILABHISEKHAM AND Bhajans .Jaigurudatta Srigurudatta
